1. What Vault9 Studio is

Vault9 Studio (“we”, “us”) is an entertainment platform that generates AI-written reports based on answers you provide to interactive assessments (“Vaults”). Reports are for personal reflection and fun. They are not psychological, medical, or scientifically validated assessments and should not be used for clinical, therapeutic, or life-altering decisions.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vault9 Studio. By creating an account or paying for a report, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. Your account

You sign in with a phone number. You’re responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure. If someone else uses your number to sign in, we’ll treat their actions as yours.

4. Payments

Reports are paid, one-time purchases. Price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don’t store your card or UPI details. Once payment is successful, your report is generated and unlocked instantly in your account.

5. Ownership

We own the platform, code, question sets, and report templates. You own the personal answers you provide. We’re granted a limited licence to process those answers (via AI models) to generate your report and store it in your account.

6. What you can’t do

Please don’t:

• Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the platform
• Impersonate someone else or submit answers about a real minor
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm anyone
• Attempt to bypass payment or auth

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

Reports are AI-generated. They may contain inaccuracies or generic-feeling passages. We make no warranty that any report will be accurate, insightful, or useful for any particular purpose. Use them as prompts for reflection, not as facts about yourself or others.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a report.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
